Delivery

We ship Express Post orders Australia Wide every Tuesday.  Orders for the week ahead need to be placed by Sunday 6pm. There is no option to select a specific delivery / dispatch date for Express Post orders.

Express post typically takes 1-2 business days to arrive once dispatched, however we cannot guarantee shipping times.  Unfortunately, delays can arise with Australia Post at times, and we don’t accept any responsibility for Australia Post delays that are out of our control.  An email confirmation with tracking details will be sent to you once your shipping label has been prepared.

All cookies are individually heat sealed to maintain freshness.

If you choose to have your cookies hand delivered by us please specify in the ‘Additional Information’ section at checkout. Please refer to the image below for the eligible delivery areas.
Additional charges may incur if delivery address is outside the 10km radius zone.

Pick Up

Pick up is available from either Campsie or at our pop up in Broadway Shopping Centre . Times and days will vary depending on the pick up location. Details will be provided at check out.

Note: Please place orders at least 5 days in advance. Pick up will be available from Thursday - Sunday.
