Cookies can be left at ambient temperatures. However, to retain optimal freshness place the cookies in an airtight container.
It is best to consume the cookies within 2 days. However, you can freeze your cookies for up to one month. Just thaw the cookies out in the fridge overnight and place them in the oven or air fryer at 180 degrees for 3-4 minutes.
Standard circle macarons can stay fresh in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days from the day of pick up depending on the flavour you order.
Character macarons have a slightly shorter shelf-life than standard circular macarons because the shell is a little thinner. Therefore they will only stay fresh for up to 2-3 days in an airtight container from the day of pick up.
Certainly! If you have a specific character or design in mind that is not shown on our website, we welcome custom orders and are more than happy to discuss creating custom character macarons that align with your vision.

Order Fulfilment Questions

You may pick up from our pop up location in Burwood Westfield on level 1 just outside of Miniso.
For the time being we only deliver within certain areas of Sydney. For macarons, due to the fragile nature of macarons we currently do not offer interstate delivery.
If you do decide to cancel your order, please provide us with at least 72 hours notice via email. All orders cancelled after this time frame will not be refunded. Please refer to our Refunds & Cancellation page for more information.
If none of the pick up times suit you please send us through an email with time options that suit you and we can try to accommodate the best we can.
You may change the pick up or delivery date as long as you provide us with 72 hours notice.
We typically require some advance notice as we are often occupied prepping daily for our pop up store and would need some lead time to prepare. However, every now and then we do accept last minute orders. Try your luck and contact us with your request!
